페이스트리(pastry)에 대한 흥미를 유발하는 친근한 숍이 등장했다. 호치민 타오 디엔에 위치한 베이크 플래그십 스토어는 활기찬 프랑스 시장 특유의 콘셉트와 현지 환경을 매끄럽게 조화시켜 호기심과 열정을 불러일으킨다. 규모 1,000m²의 3층 건물은 각기 다른 공간으로 세심하게 구분되며, 각 공간은 서로 상이한 용도로 운영되고 있다.

Located in Thao Dien, Ho Chi Minh - a progressive area with crowded restaurants and bars among residents and office neighbors. Bakes Thao Dien is a place that inspires pastry interest - friendly and passionate. Formed from ideas about the local market, the French market. The three-story, 1,000m² building is thoughtfully divided into distinct areas, each serving a different purpose while maintaining a cohesive design intention: to be welcoming, warm, and exciting in every detail.

1층에는 미니마켓 스타일의 제과점과 케이크점이 입주해 있다. 디자인팀은 건물의 원형을 복원하는 방식으로 불완전한 타일과 합판의 따뜻한 톤을 맞추고 노출된 빔 구조를 보완하여 매혹적이고 친근한 분위기를 연출했다. 이 결과 베이크스의 본질이 반영된 편안한 환대의 분위기를 고조시켰다.

한층 올라가면 아늑한 호텔 라운지를 연상시키는 비스트로&바를 만나볼 수 있다. 방문객이 긴장을 풀고 먹거리를 즐길 수 있는 이 공간은 스테인드 합판이 중심이 되어 더욱 아늑한 분위기를 자아낸다. 특히 시각적인 호소력이 뛰어난 텍스처의 마감, 맞춤형 가구와 식물 선택에 신중한 주의를 엿볼 수 있다.

The ground floor houses the Boulangerie & Patisserie, laid out like a mini market. The building was carefully restored by the design team to its original state, exposing the beam structure to maximize the space. The warm tones of the imperfect tiles and plywood complement the exposed beam structure, creating an inviting and friendly atmosphere. The result is a comfortable and welcoming ambiance that reflects the essence of Bakes.

안락의자, 테라스석의 아웃도어 스툴을 비롯한 모든 가구는 고객을 배려한 디렉터의 센스가 두드러진다. 인체공학적인 경험을 선사하는 포인트들은 맛있는 패스트리를 즐기며 매력적인 분위기에 흠뻑 빠질 수 있도록 최상의 편안함을 제공한다.

Moving up to the first floor, you'll find the Bistro & Bar, reminiscent of a cozy hotel lounge, offering a space for guests to unwindand savor their treats. Stained plywood takes center stage, providing a visually appealing texture that contributes to the creation of a warm and inviting atmosphere. Meticulous attention was given to the selection of (mostly bespoke) furniture and plants throughout the establishment. Special emphasis was placed on lounge chairs and outdoor furniture to ensure a comfortable and ergonomic experience for customers as they indulge in the delectable pastries and soak in the inviting ambiance.
